Competition Terms & Conditions

This competition is in collaboration with @melbfoodieee. This competition will be hosted only on Instagram and will not be available on other platforms. People who enter this competition successfully will be in to win a Eureka 89 Altitude Dining Experience for 2 ( valued at $260).

Dates of Competition

Start Date: 11 February 2025
End Date: 24 February 2025, 11:59pm AEST

3. Entry limit:

Each participant is permitted one entry per comment on the collab Instagram post

4. Entry Requirements:

To qualify for the draw, participants must like the competition Instagram post, tag a friend in the comments that you would enjoy this experience with, make sure you are following @melbfoodieee and @89_eureka. Failure to complete these steps will be counted as an invalid entry.

5. Eligibility:

The competition is open to participants aged 18 years and older.

6. Exclusions:

Employees of Journey Beyond and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

7. Prize Details:

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The prizes are subject to availability and redeemable for reservations on the prize voucher.

8. Winner selection:

The prize winnes will be chosen at random and contacted directly via Instagram by @melbournefoodiee. The prize winner first name and last name initials will be published on the post description a day after the competition ends on the 26th February 2025 . The winner will have 48 hours to respond or the prize will be redrawn based on other valid competition entrants.

8. Limitation of Liability:

Eureka 89 is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of participation in this competition or acceptance of the prize.

9. Verification:

Eureka 89 reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant if we have the reason believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

10. Competition Modifications:

Eureka 89 reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition without notice.
