Eureka 89 has partnered with Brown Forman spirits and Harper & Blohm specialty cheese shop to bring 2 special events during Melbourne Whisky Week Festival.

Brown-Forman was founded in 1870 and has enriched the experience of life by responsibly building fine quality beverage alcohol brands. They are known for some of the best brands in whisky, including Woodford Reserve, Cooper’s Craft, Jack Daniel’s and Old Forester, their original whisky brand.

Olivia Sutton opened Harper and Blohm Cheese Shop in 2014. Located in Melbourne, this cheese shop offers specialty cheeses from Australia and around the globe. Sutton has been in the cheese industry for over 15 years and was a judge at the National Dairy Australia Awards and Australian Food Awards at the Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria.

MELBOURNE WHISKY WEEK DINNER

Eureka 89 celebrates Melbourne Whisky Week with a specially curated 5-course chefs tasting menu with whisky pairing.

Award-winning Executive Chef, Renee Martillano, works closely with local producers to deliver menus showcasing the best seasonal products. This specially curated five-course chef tasting and whisky pairing dinner menu does exactly that, created in collaboration with Brown Forman Whisky Ambassador, Linus Schaxmann. With courses that include Wagyu beef short rib, Jamon Iberico and of course to finish; a dessert highlighting that classic pairing of whisky and dark chocolate, Renee has put together a menu to match and complement the whisky profiles of Brown-Forman’s whiskies.
