Eureka 89 celebrates the past 25 years of Melbourne’s food history with a five-course dinner, each course influenced by a key food trend over a particular five year period.

Executive Chef Renee Martillano, together with guest chef, the well-known and highly regarded Raymond Capaldi, will celebrate the history, gastronomy and cultural influence of Melbourne food over the last 25 years. Each of the five courses will reflect a key food trend over a particular five-year period, and be matched to premium Victorian beverages.
